The Organization
Raksha Welfare Organization (RWO) is a not-for-profit social service society dedicated to the welfare of serving and retired Armed Forces, Defense, and Paramilitary personnel and their families. While RWO envisions working across diverse areas such as education, skill development, employment, career support, investment planning, and retirement assistance, its current focus is on delivering high-quality, cost-effective housing solutions to its members.
RWO is actively developing a wide range of residential options—plots, villas, apartments, independent floors, farmhouses, and studio units—in well-connected, scenic locations. All properties are crafted to modern specifications, offering excellent value and long-term appreciation potential. Each project is launched only after thorough demand surveys and feasibility studies, ensuring member interest and transparency.
Operating strictly on a NO PROFIT NO LOSS basis, RWO is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is led by retired officers of the Indian Defense Services, supported by experienced professionals. Over the years, RWO has successfully delivered housing projects across cities such as Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Uttarakhand, benefiting thousands of defense families.
